Mother's Day by the pool!

George and the kids wanted me to truly relax on Mother's Day. So after a little nap I was served various tropical drinks as I relaxed by the pool. George and some of the kids couldn't resist the nice water and ended up going for a little swim. I on the other hand continued to relax and just watched.
My alone time was done. George couldn't keep the kids away any longer.

Swim Meet

Samantha has really taken to swimming this year and was on pre-team for most of the Spring...just before summer she advanced to swim team! This was her first swim meet.

Getting ready for warm up before the races began. She was really nervous. She was relieved when she learned she was just racing against her own times.

T-Ball Season

Alex had a great time playing T-ball this year! His coach said he was the most improved player. I would have to agree...he went from really having a hard time focusing in the outfield to making some really great plays. Great job Alex! Go White Sox!
