Alex & Sammy's Birthdays! July

Visiting family for your birthday means a great party!

Alex choose to spend his birthday at Kangaroo Zoo with all his cousins or most of them at least!

 And then back to grandma's for his favorite lunch...tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwiches & cake.

 He was most excited about going to an Orem Owl baseball game that night.  It was Pioneer day so they had fireworks afterwards and we all got these glasses to wear at the same time to help set a Guinness Book of World Record!  So cool.

Sammy choose to spend her birthday getting her ears pierced.  We did it the day before her birthday since we were going to be travelling on her birthday.  She was really nervous and actually almost changed her mind, but she didn't and loves them now!

 Eating at In-N-Out with grandpa!  One last time to see him before heading to the airport to pick up our daddy!  Just love this picture!

Sammy's actual birthday was spent at Bear Lake with the Brodericks!  The played in the water and the sand.  It seemed as if we were the only ones there!

 She even tried to water ski!

 And then lasagna and red velvet cupcakes with the Gourley clan.

 She got some money & lego friends.  A great 11th birthday!

Utah Vacation- Part of Week 3

It was great to have lots of cousins around to play with.  And of course aunts and uncles.

To help us get in the mood to celebrate Pioneer Day we went to a little pioneer park and got to experience life as they knew it.

Utah Vacation-Week 2!

Nothing like spending a morning swimming!  And even better at the Broderick's grandparent's pool!  We had it all to ourselves!

We bought Pass of all Passes this year so we started off at Seven Peaks!  We just love this place!  The older kids can play there for hours on their own and the little ones too!

So happy we got to meet up with the Caldwells (friends from FL, but now in TX)!  And at the BYU Creamery...even better!
