The waiting is over!

Clara Jean Gourley arrived Saturday 12/8/09 at 1:28 pm. She weighed 8 lbs 3 oz and was 20 inches long. She reminds us so much of how Sammy looked as a baby. The delivery went well, which means quickly & with an epidural! We feel so blessed to have this new little one in our home and love her dearly. Even when she cries out for us at night, both George & I jump to our feet to take care of her! We just can't get enough of Clara!
Clara is all ready to come home.

George & I just love this little one.

Sammy is such a great big sister!

Alex is a very proud big brother!

A very happy Family of 5!

Laura,
I am so excited for you guys! It is so neat to see such a beautiful family growing. Your baby is so precious and I love the name. Jeb and I were able to enjoy the newborn stage so much more the 3rd time around because we were so relaxed (figured we knew what we were doing). She really is a pretty newborn baby. Good luck through the next few months. I love to see how tickled Clara's brother and sister are.
Love ya, Becca

What better Christmas present than to have a healthy, happy, beautiful baby girl! Laura - she is a doll!! And Alex and Samantha seem to be in heaven also. Seems like you'll have more than enough little "helpers." Hope YOU can sleep some.
Happy Holidays!

Gourleys-
Loved seeing your new little one. Congrats. What's is like having a girl...or two? We had boy #4 on Dec 4th so we are living the life with a newborn too. We can share stories and keep each other sane perhaps. I'm sure you're all doing great...hugs and best wishes.

Thank you for the card - Clara's dress is so stinkin' cute! Hope this first month has been a "breeze."

P.S. Tell George I'm glad he got to see Grandma's Turkey bowl during our New Year's Eve party with the Wii at JoJo's house!
