Grandma Hobbs' Visit! Part 1-4th of July

Grandma Hobbs came to visit us for a whole month!  We had the most amazing time!  This is going to take several posts so stay tuned. 

Meeting grandma at the airport.  The kids had a great time making the sign.  We arrived a little too early and Sammy & Alex kept on having to run back to the car to put more money in the meter (you can only pay for 10 minutes at a time).  

 

We gave grandma 1 day to rest and then off to Baar pool for some swimming fun with friends and celebrating the 4th of July.  Unfortunately, I left my keys in the house as we went down the elevator and there was no other way to get in.  So we had to drive to Zurich to pick up George & the keys before celebrating the rest of the 4th of July.

After being an hour late we celebrate at the Horgen See with the Dublins & Ashley.  Notice we all look a little hammered...there was no time to get ready after swimming & me locking us out:).

All the kids!  We had some sparklers & cupcakes to celebrate.  Alex & Patrick just loved playing with the fire.  If we notice we have jackets on.  It was cold for July, not at all like Florida in July.
