Sammy is my girl!

What would I do without Sammy!

Sammy loves to be the center of attention & smile for the camera.

Sammy is such a great big sister! She can even now pick up Clara & carry her around. It gives her dad a heart attack every time, but it makes her so happy.

Chinese New Year is a big event here. Sammy's class got all dressed up and put on a wonderful parade with the other kindergarten classes.

Sammy was sick 3 days last week, so we got to spend a lot of time together. She asked if she could use some of my make-up. I said yes to some very specific items, but she couldn't resist & used them all. Doesn't she look beautiful!

My Blue Eyed Boy!

I can't even begin to count how many times of day Alex makes me smile! Here are a few to share with you.

Alex loves watermelon and makes a mess whenever he eats it. In this picture the rhine is still there, but when I came back after taking it he had eaten it too. Just couldn't get enough.

Alex got right down on the floor and played with Clara. He is such a great big brother & he loves her very much!

Alex loves to be Mr. Fix It. For him who needs a tool belt when they can fit down your pants. :)

The other morning I was getting ready to run some errands. I kept calling for Alex to come with no response. I found him like this saying he had to shave. He sure was kissable soft afterwards.

Alex is loving his new found skill of peddling his bike. I am surprised over and over again at how well he is improving.

Alex can't get enough of the swing in our yard! Every chance he gets I hear, "Mom will you push me on the swing?" How can I resist those blue eyes!
I love this boy!

Clara's Blessing!

What a wonderful weekend we had! Clara was blessed this passed Sunday and we had several visitors. George did such a great job and Clara was beautiful! She is such a blessing in our lives and we are grateful Heavenly Father sent her to us!

Quick update

I just can't seem to keep up with this whole blogging thing...I can either take care of the kids or blog. I figure the kids probably need taking care of. :) Here are a few pictures for the last few months.
Alex and Sammy on Christmas Day. Santa brought them new bikes.

New Year's Eve dinner with grandma Hobbs. We ate chinese food from PF Changs and had a birthday cake...it was my grandma's birthday.

Roasting marshmellows with grandma Gourley. She graciously lite the fire because I didn't know how.

My grandpa Searle passed away in January. It was hard to say good-bye. Yet at the same time it was great to see my family. It helped me to realize how precious our moments are here on Earth.

Our little cutie!

We just love this little girl! This is Clara at about 2 weeks or so.
