Allison & her siblings!

Allison doesn't spend much time alone! There is always someone wanting to play with her and it is usually Sammy, Alex, & Clara!

Allison's Baby Blessing!

What a special day! I feel very blessed to have had so much family out for Allison's blessing! It was a perfect day! I am so grateful for George and the priesthood that he holds! Allison is a sweet child and has blessed our home with her tender smile!

I just love her dress!

The men who blessed Allison and our friend Aaron Buhler and one random guy from the ward. A really funny story to tell another time.

4 generations!

What a group!

St. Augustine...Spring Break 2011

For Spring Break we headed up the Florida coast to St. Augustine, a city filled with history & fun! The children loved it! The only problem was the cheap hotel I chose. I learned my lesson and will spend a little more money for a few more stars! :)

Huge statue of the Saint who helped bring religion to the savages. Or to me just a really big statue by the ocean.

Castillo de San Marcos...a really old and big fort. It was amazing to see how they expanded it over the years using the only stone they had in the area...sea shells compressed into stone on the bottom of the ocean! Alex loved the huge cannons!

Infront of the oldest school house in America.

Swimming with dad...or actually soaking in the hot tub with dad because the water was too cold to swim in.

The Fountain of Youth...FYI don't drink the water...it tastes like sulfur!

St. Augustine lighthouse was my favorite! Sammy liked it too and climbed those steps twice to the top!

Catch up continues...VISITORS!

We have had a bunch of visitors over the last few months and have loved it! Thanks everyone for coming out! It makes living so far away from family bearable when we can see family more often!

Grandma Hobbs came out to help when Allison was born and we are so glad she did! The only problem was when she had to go home!

Grandma Gourley snuck out to visit us as well. Clara was especially grateful for her visit and ate up every ounce of attention she would give her! We just love to play with her!

Grandpa Hobbs travelled far to come for Allison's blessing. He arrived before the rest of the visitors so we could have some one on one time with him...and we are glad he did! He couldn't come to Florida without a visit to the Everglades and a chance to see some alligators.

Grandma Hobbs couldn't resist another trip out and came for Allison's blessing! It was so great to see her again and have her help!

One of our favorite visitors was Grandma Searle! My children just loved spending time with her and wouldn't leave her alone long enough for her to go to the bathroom! She told us stories of her childhood, did Sammy's hair, played with Clara, played Wii with Alex, cuddled Allison, and helped out in any way she could. I have to admit it I have the coolest grandma ever! Those memories will last a lifetime!

And our last visitor I didn't even get a picture of...probably because we were so busy talking & shopping! My sweet sister came and stayed for a week! It was the best! I am so blessed to have my sister as my best friend too! We seriously talk every day!

Time to play catch up!

I swear I will get this mother of 4 thing down sooner or later. But until I do please be patient with me and enjoy the last 4 months of our lives...

Alex--Soccer. Alex had a lot of fun playing soccer this year. He definitely loves to play defense more and gets a little rough knocking players down along the way. I think we'll try flag football next year instead of soccer and let him have a little more contact. :) My least favorite time of the game was when he played goalie...all that pressure stressed me out! And he is only 6. What am I going to do when he is older & playing competitive sports?! The last game the whole team sprayed their hair green and put black under their eyes. Alex loved it! Go Green Lightning!!

Sammy--Gymnastics. Sammy took some gymnastics lessons this last winter. She is such a natural at it and loves it! It was fun to see how she progressed throughout the season. Can't wait for more handstands, cartwheels, & round-offs!
